Air Purification
ActivePure Technology:
For your safety, we have installed two air filter systems that protect both the air and surfaces in our location 24/7. These systems reduce over 99% of the bacteria in our facility and protect our customers, air, and surfaces from common allergens, Sars, Cov-2, Viruses, Bacteria, and Mold.
Cleaners
Kidsport uses the following two cleaners both daily and weekly on all equipment.
Guardian – 50:
Guardian – 50 is an environmentally safe / organic oxidant that is 100 times more effective at killing pathogens than bleach on areas used by humans and animals. This product kills the virus that causes Covid-19 and protects the surfaces for up to 2 weeks.
OdoBan:
OdoBan eliminates unpleasant odors and kills 99% of germs on hard surfaces in 60 seconds. It also protects against athletes’ foot fungus, inhibits the growth of mold and mildew, and kills HIV, influenza and Herpes Simplex Type 2 in 60 seconds.
How Has Kidsport Changed Since COVID-19?
- We replaced our observation floor area with vinyl wood planks for easy cleaning and sanitizing each day prior to classes.
- We reduced the number of rotations in the gym and reduced our student-teacher ratio
- We took out extra equipment to create more space on the floor for our class rotations
